Its been so cold lately, this winter warmer is exactly what we needed. Quick and easy to make.
- Carrots, Parsnips, red onions and onions from our veg box this week.
- Chop up all the veg into chunks and cover liberally with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 40 mins at 200 deg C.
- Boil savoy cabbage and fry a couple of sausages – we got veggie bratwursts from Unicorn in Chorlton.
- Serve – enjoy!
