Savoy cabbage side dish (No.2)

Savoy Cabbage
I’ve just made a savoy cabbage (fresh from the vegbox) side dish adapted from BBC Food’s http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/trimmings_for_a_roast_10939

1. Heat 4 tbsp sunflower oil in a large saucepan
2. Add a chopped onion and slightly brown
3. add a pinch of nutmeg and pinch of salt
4. chop the savoy cabbage in half, remove core then shred the cabbage
5. Wash cabbage, drain then add to saucepan
6. stir then cover for 15-20 minutes
7. Serve!
