Lemon and Rosemary Drizzle Cake

With lots of rosemary growing outside my front door, I was excited to find this Lemon and Rosemary drizzle cake on the Guardian blog by Ruby Tandoh. Its really easy to make, incredibly tasty and the sprigs of rosemary compliments the fresh lemony zing of this moist cake. I made it in a longer, narrower tin than the short wide tin suggested and it turned out fine.

Don’t overestimate the rosemary, it’s not that strong in the cake and you’ll need a few sprigs.
